Customer Video Diary
A Video Diary is simply a catalog of an individuals progress using our product Phen375 during a 30 day period. The video can be taken with a web cam or Camcorder. It does not need to be of the highest quality, but is required to be an honest and candid account an individuals personal progress. The video does not need to be very long and can easily be made.
If you are interested in making your own video diary, after ordering your Phen375 product, you can submit the videos to us, you will then be entered into our
Grand Prize Draw for the following prizes:

No4 Prize 6 month supply of Phen375
The Draw will be made on the 31st November 2010
All Payments will be wired to your chosen bank accounts.
