Return Policy for All Products

All returns must be authorized by support within the 45 days of ordering, refunds that are authorized by support contain (RMA) numbers issued and are subject to a $45 package inspection fee to cover hazmat protocol for human consumption items, $12 shipping fee if USPS shipping was used, If COD shipping was used there is an additional $45 deducted to cover cost of COD shipping all orders returned will be charged a 18% restocking fee. RMA number is required for all returns.

Packages received without an RMA issued the product will not be considered as returned. Our shipping facility is a 3rd party fulfillment center, they have hundreds of clients. The only way to assure your return package is credited to your account is following the correct return policies and using our return products RMA system.

Removal or alteration of a product's seal i.e. sticker will automatically be considered as a consumed item and void any possible refunding available under phen375 Return Policies. Products that are returned to Phen375 with a missing (RMA), damaged or altered bottles, seals or labels will be refused by Phen375.com receiving department.

All products purchased at Phen375.com is backed by the product's manufacturers warranty first and foremost. Product that is determined to be defective by the manufacturer or Phen375.com will be qualified for repair/replacement at our sole discretion.

Opened or broken sealed bottles for human consumption dietary supplements will not be taken back for any reason. Phen375.com will assist the customers whenever possible in order to reach a level of satisfaction with the manufacturers policies.

Physical Damages: All physical damages product cannot be returned for any reason. If you return any physically damaged items to Phen375.com, the item will be destroyed. If your product is received damaged need to contact support@phen375.com for help resolving the problem , you will need to fill out a damages package and insurance form provided by the shipping company USPS in most cases, Phen375 can at its discretion replace the damaged package with reshipment of same or equal product.

Refused Shipments: A refused COD shipment will be entered into the black listed client data base for web bases sales, when customer refuse the package and the company has spent shipping its a considerable loss and expense to the company. Multiple delivery attempts were made or business closed will also be black listed. Products returned to the warehouse without contacting Phen375.com for a RMA will be rejected or destroyed.

Any and all merchandise covered under this policy cannot be refunded if product returned has been consumed or considered consumed due to broken seals or damaged bottles.

RAN are only valid for 14 days if you returned product is not received within that time it will not be considered a valid RAN number.

Product Guarantee: 45 day return policy is as follows. Effective 45 days from the time you ordered your product. You must follow the diet plan and take phentemine375 for a minimum of 30 days to be eligible for a refund. You must get a certified weight from a pharmacy or doctors office to certify your beginning weight. You must also get a certified weight at the end to verify your weight loss or gain. You must fill out and complete your diet plan daily and submit this along with your certified beginning and ending weight with your RMA to be verified under the terms of this return policy. Failure to comply with procedures voids our guarantee agreement with client.

PLEASE NOTE The guarantee requires that you have your weight certified; this can be obtained at any local pharmacy or doctors office. We have to have a beginning and ending weight. You must complete, mark and weigh yourself each day, return unused sealed bottles and all supporting documentation for this offer to be valid. Failure to comply with guarantee stipulations voids any return policy agreement between Phen375 and client. You then have 14 days from the ending of your 30 day diet regimen to request a RMA for a Refund.
